Hey there, same for me on Chrome and Safari. When I click on a link with an anchor, the full URL appears in the navigation, then the anchor is dropped.
This is a problem for me as I use the anchor to highlight a particular element on the page. For now I'm just disabling Turbolinks for links with anchors.

With 0.5.2, this should be fixed. If not, please reopen.

Still not working. I'll have some time to reproduce this problem on a minimal example in a bit.
