i18n module will not work on Cassini

If you run the DEBUG build in a debugger, the LocalizingModule should output messages to the Debug output window, if it is loaded.

I'll download the latest code and look for the output. I know for a fact it isn't working with the version I downloaded yesterday morning

I've downloaded the latest code, there are not messages in the debug output window showing the localizing module has been loaded.
This behavior is consistent across all the machines in our dev environment

After looking into this deeper I've learned that Cassini will not run any modules, and since that is the way we do the translation in 2.0 that is why it won't work unless you use iisexpress
It might be a good idea to add this to the documentation
