Looks like we're missing:
- channel pins update
voice server updatenothing in the cache to update~~
Could be missing one or two!
For things like ban adds and integration updates I'm not sure there's much to meaningfully track, bans for example aren't given in GUILD_CREATEs over the gateway, so anything we could track is probably only partial.
