Do you mean to have a config like config.global_case_sensitive(true) to skip adding it to every command?

Yes. Sensitivity is less likely to be something overridden, but later configurations could very well make this a hurting point in ergonomics.

Commands no longer have builders. However, we now have #389 to rework the command parser as a whole, so this issue has been superseded by it
