Injection should extend A => B

There is already an implicit def for that.

implicit def toFunction[A,B](inj: Injection[A, B]): (A => B) = inj.toFunction

@jcoveney, it's actually a big problem to do this, since then all implicit injections become implicit conversions (since an implicit conversion is just a function in implicit scope).

I'm going to close this, since it's so dangerous :) We explicitly moved away from this a while back.
