[EPIC] Add Gitlab

How much effort would that be to add Gitlab compatibility to the project?

This needs to be detailed.

Colour codes

The icons may follow the colour codes used in http://github.com/notifications/ for better readability.

[RFC][Design] Antd

antd has been introduced in #9 for the settings.

The question is to know whether it should be used throughout the app, and if not, what should replace it.

[EPIC] Modernize tooling

Without particular order:

• Use create-react-app
• Stop using SASS and prefer scoped CSS
• Stop using PropTypes in favor of Typescript
• Update dependencies, starting with React itself

[RFC] Open Governance model

It is very important that Gitify remains a community project and thrives thanks to its community. Towards this goal, as I am only initiating the "revival" of the project, it is extremely important that the project is kicked off with the community in mind.

This issue is a Request For Comment so that the governance of the project can be discussed.

Should that not seem necessary and the community prefers to move on with features and get stalled PRs merged, this issue can also be closed without a defining statement.
