Few days ago kissanime servers were down which could explain your issue. Normally the HTTP 503 error is due to an expired cookie, hence the header update for that site, but it did not fix it for you I see.
I'm busy this week and cannot help much till next week, sorry.

It's not kissanime servers since It's still happening, and I could access kissanime directly anyway.
