Did you solve this? I'm not suite sure what happened. it should be relative to baseDir.

Well that's what surprises me - I would expect relative paths to be relative to CWD, especially for the out parameter, which has next to nothing to do with the input files. But I worked around it, so if it was your intention to make it relative to baseDir then we're fine.
