Add OpenGL support

I'd like to report in for work on this issue - as a test-case for proving the GL support, I'll put UL into MOAI:

Any hints/tips on the integration appreciated, in the meantime I'm gonna code-read/hack my way to a buildable $MOAI/3rdparty/ultralight-experimental checkin that would benefit both projects.

Initial work for the OpenGL port (via GLFW) has begun, the browser sample is now rendering via the experimental GL driver. Still working on performance, keyboard integration, and a few rendering issues.

The GLFW port has now been merged with master, 1.9.1 will be launched this week with the changes.
