i guess you are aware that v4l2loopback is already in debian/sid (though not as dkms)
do you have a link to your package so i can incorporate it?

You should be able to download the source packages here:

Grab the dsc and tar and use dpkg-source -x, Yes I was aware there was a debian package with an interesting precursor to dkms. I presume you guys are using it because the first vloopback used it in debian too. (although the fedora package uses dkms)

i have prepared the debian packaging, so that it now also provides dkms.
however, i think i will push the packages only after the next release of v4l2loopback (awaiting a bit more testing)

a new version of v4l2loopback is now available (0.4.0) which (hopefully) fixes a number of problems with colorspaces and monotonic timestamps.
i have thus prepared new debian packages as well, which are currently awaiting review by my sponsor to be uploaded to debian proper.
