Add new section for open source next.js apps

We should have a section with lists open source next.js apps which are deployed and use in production.

njt.now.sh - npm jump to 🐸 (package navigation shortcuts you dreamed about). Partially statically-rendered, partially deployed as lambda. Automatically updated on each commit to the github repo, thanks to Now integration.

The link to Now integration (https://github.com/apps/now) is dead. I tried hard to find it (https://github.com/apps now redirects to GitHub Marketplace), but I couldn't find an official Vercel/Now app there.

None of the apps have tests

"Relate" is the only one that even makes any attempt to pretend it has tests. It ends up only pretending, in the end. The rest have absolutely nothing. I would love to see real-world examples of how people are testing NextJS.
