You could be having an existing app.js included in the app.blade.php. (Guessing you're following the same tutorial, you would have to remove the existing app.js and include JS script from existing CDN for the bootstrap to work.)
That fixed my issue.

Thats worked for me.

Remove calling script. Just dont use it if it is in app.js

I haven't app.js. Instead of that i have main.js

There i found that:

var allEditors = document.querySelectorAll('.ckeditor');
for (var i = 0; i < allEditors.length; ++i) {
ClassicEditor.create(allEditors[i]);
}

In my blade file i added class "editor"

I am running into the same issue. I tried commenting out app.js to no avail in my app.blade.php file.
