@evewurtele I can see from the snapshots that this happened because the file name in the original project was "counts_file_with_metadata". Later, it was changed to "pb_At_5211_counts_...". When you tried to open the project MOG couldn't locate the original file named "counts_file_with_metadata" (which was saved in the MOG project).
If a file name or path is changed, MOG asks user to locate the exact file (by name), hence all files are not selectable. All other files can be viewed by clicking all files, as you did.
Once MOG loads the project with the new file it will remember the name and next time automatically detect this file.
