I went through them all and found that lead, nickel, cadmium, and mercury need to be updated to the ion flowables already in the FedEFL. We do not currently have the corresponding ions for barium, cobalt, selenium, or beryllium in the FedEFL.
I'll work on getting these updated today.

Need to assess whether characterization factors should remain for the metals (e.g. lead), especially if they are used by EPA datasets like NEI/TRI. WE may want to duplicate TRACI flowables mapping:
LEAD(II) --> Lead
LEAD(II) --> Lead(II)
