Add a check of "e.cancelable" before doing e.preventDefault() in function "_move(e)".

Sorry for the trouble, this is a breaking change in Chrome 56 to improve scroll performance. If you still want to disable the browser's scrolling, this is best done with an appropriate touch-action CSS rule (which is necessary to work correctly with touch on IE/Edge anyway).
