We can pull the photo by using the following JSON (my profile for example):
https://api.github.com/users/lozord
What do you think? I can write a script that pulls and saves them to the directory if (!coord.photo && coord.github), so that we never have the make the request. Otherwise, I can pull them when the page is getting built (i.e. make the request every time).
