The main solution will be that se.tasks becomes a Python namespace package. The tasks from scriptengine.tasks.base will remain with the core SE code, but the namespace packaging will allow to load further tasks to be installed from other packages.

In practise this means that the scriptengine.tasks.ecearth tasks are removed from core SE and will be provided by a separate package (scriptengine-tasks-ecearth) on PyPi.
