Hi, can your XO make requests to other domains (through your reverse proxies or not) or do you always have that error no matter the domain?

Not sure how to check this outside of plugin. Maybe look around S3 backups?

That happens when 1 of 3 proxies was down and XO used this one ip.
for now we use keepalived at proxies, so i can't reproduce this.

Since the error log you posted was about Netbox getting an ECONNREFUSED, you can try to ping your Netbox's URL from the machine that runs XO.

don't think so. That will check only dns resolve for linux itself.

Exactly, what I mean is that if that doesn't work, it means that the issue isn't in Xen Orchestra, which can help investigate.

Ok. When you say "make one of A records ip unavailable", which record are you talking about? Are you talking about the one to resolve the address of the proxy that is in front of your Netbox instance? (I'm guessing netbox.url)

yes, netbox.url have few A records like 192.0.0.2-4 ..etc
