Probably using the right link to point toward the template and not sending automatically the content of the log directly inside it? It's a bit more efforts to report but I think it's acceptable.

Could it be possible he/she is coming from a direct link somewhere in XO that would by pass the template?

Indeed, it appears this is due to the Report a bug link on the Settings/Logs page for the sources version xo-web.
@RebootfixesAll Sorry for closing your issue abruptly, as the error message indicates, you need to disable the server before attempting to change its settings.
@olivierlambert What should we do regarding this button?
