What you want is default settings! That's a missing feature. There should be an easy way to set default contexts for rows and cells, inherited by all added rows/cells. I'll look into how to add this feature and keep this issue open until then.

For the final methods: The final on "addRow(...)" is to protect the table's contract in the provided implementation. You can build/provide your own implementation for the table by either implementing IsTable or extending AsciiTable with your own "addRule(...)" methdods, but overwriting the basic add rule methods should not be necessary.
