Few documentation about TL866 and comments in code

I spent several hours last night tracking down as many of the known releases of the official software as I could. I opened up each of them, sometimes with the assistance of Wine, extracted the update.dat file, and flashed my TL866. I put the information thus gleaned into minipro.h in
5581401.

This also means that people will start seeing warnings that their firmware is out of date. The last "current" firmware recognized by minipro is 3.2.61, which was included in version 5.91 of the official software. I'll be working on some mechanism for offering up new firmware images, possibly in relation with https://github.com/radiomanV/TL866

Nice. Could you host them somewhere publicly,or send them to me and I'll do that?

Still remaining to be found are versions 5.80, 5.70, and 1.00.

As for the style of documentation, my preference is having it side-by-side with the code in the editor, so either text or markdown files in the repository (or even in the code - doxygen has markdown support these days).

That make it easier to keep documentation in sync with the code, especially when working with branches.
