Squished view on small windows

I really like the idea of using bootstrap for the wobble layout, but i think it would be better if some parts of the page would hide when the max. width is below a certain value.

currently, all columns will be squished tight so that nearly nothing can be used properly.

i like the idea of hiding the contact-bar so that it can be accessed via hovering on the left side. same goes for the wobble-overview. but then it may feel quite like the mobile version. (don't get me wrong, i like the mobile version, maybe we should try to create a layout which, depending on with, either chooses between the normal view or the mobile version - without having the check whether it is a mobile device or not)
