Run it as synx xxx.xcodeproj/ (put the trailing slash on the project file name).

It does'nt really matter if you put the traling slash, I can confirm this bug with synx 0.0.52 and ruby 2.1.2

Hi everybody,
I've tried synx 0.0.52 with ruby 2.1.3p242 and error have disappeared but some of the files was deleted from project after the sync finish its work (especially if it was executed with -p parameter).

I think this should be fixed now that variant groups are handled correctly in #63. Can you try again?
