I just tried it again with an ipsw from 14.3 and it just failed and booted the device after the first loading bar reached 100%.
This result is slightly different because before it failed after the second loading bar.

Output:

What phone is this? How are you entering DFU? Does it restart randomly in DFU?

I am using an iPad (5th Gen WiFi / 6,11) running iOS 15.1.
I entered DFU mode by:
-holding the home and power button at the same time for ~3 seconds until the screen darkens slightly
-releasing the power button
-holding the home button until the script detects dfu and continues
-releasing the home button

It does not restart randomly in DFU mode. It only restarts after being either triggered by some step in between each loading bar, or when the power cable is disconnected.

Weird. My iphone 6s plus works fine which has the same processor
