Automatically validate metadata integrity

Automate the checks to ensure all parameters in the pools and tokens are correct, checking the actual properties of the contracts.

Update vaAVAX address

The pool was redeployed and this is the new address:

0xEa94eBB08E9604AFD225f2c61fa61401F1ed1047

Use full pool versions

Current pool versions are a single number and this is not enough to differentiate pool ABIs. I.e not all version 3 pools share the same ABI.

Pools metadata should then include the full version string as '3.0.10' so the lib-js and other users of this package can better identify the pool's interfaces.

Note: this could require a breaking change.

Add symbols and names to pools

Since the pools are also ERC-20 token contracts, specify the symbol, name and the rest of a token properties so the list of pools is also compatible with https://github.com/Uniswap/default-token-list.

Update the MAK address

The MAK was re-deployed and this is the new address:
