@okozachenko1203 can you propose patches to use release-please like we use inside atmosphere?
- Create a release.yml
- Create a publish.yml but use a GitHub action to publish to pypi.
- Create manifest file: https://github.com/vexxhost/atmosphere/blob/08f3174e03adf9f1c442d1b9c65d380cae459eab/.release-please-manifest.json
- Create config file: https://github.com/vexxhost/atmosphere/blob/08f3174e03adf9f1c442d1b9c65d380cae459eab/release-please-config.json
However, we need to do #16 first.
