I am a crypto dev. Prior to that, I worked as a search engine engineer for 8 years. Overall, I consider myself a full-stack engineer. I am knowledgeable in cryptography (smart contracts, infrastructures, cryptographic primitives such as ZK and FHE), proficient in front-end development, and familiar with data science and artificial intelligence algorithms. I enjoy innovative ideas and transforming them into products.

Some of the Projects I Have Worked on

🎮 TaikoVerse

It's a fully on-chain Minecraft-like game running on Taiko L3. The game has gained much popularity among the Taiko and Loopring communities. During its two-month operation, the game attracted around 500 players, with 260,000 transactions made on-chain.

💨 Degenchain

Degenchain (explorer) is a zk-rollup L2 running on Sepolia testnet. It incorporates modifications to Taiko to make it more optimistic and achieves better performance: one-second block time and 300 million block gas limit. This enables the possibilities of innovative Solidity applications, such as fully on-chain games. Currently, it is in the testnet phase and has been running smoothly for five months, with 5.44 million transactions made on-chain.

👻 soulink.app

soulink.app is a social dApp, developed in collaboration with my friend Chris. It aims to help a group of people record a shared moment and mint soul-bound tokens stored on-chain. Currently, it is running on the Polygon Mumbai testnet. We loved the idea and created a prototype of the product, but due to work commitments, we did not continue its operation. If given enough time, we would turn it into a cool mobile application.

📊 dApp Dashboards

Although I primarily focus on product development, I am at heart a data scientist. I have created popular data products for various community projects. The most well-known ones are the data analysis dashboards (A5, A4, A3, A2) for a series of Taiko testnets, which have been widely shared and utilized within the community. I developed everything from scratch, including storage, data pipelines, and charts. I also made dashboards for numerous dApps and DAOs. (Curve, ENS1, ENS2, ENS3, CityDAO, SeedClub)

🥷 DeFi Projects

Since 2021, I have been involved in the development of several DeFi projects, primarily on Solana. I am a core Rust smart contract engineer. Due to policy reasons, I need to maintain anonymity. However, I am well-acquainted with the Solana ecosystem and appreciate the vibrant community built on it. Despite the setbacks that have occurred, I firmly believe that challenges will only make the community stronger.

🧠 Pre-Crypto Experience

Before joining the crypto space, I worked as a search engine engineer for the second-largest search engine in China until it was acquired by Tencent. I am well-versed in intelligent question answering, natural language processing, and knowledge graphs. I led an artificial intelligence research team and contributed to the development of several impressive product functionalities, such as knowledge graph-based QA systems, natural language compilers, medical triage systems, and intelligent college entrance examination recommendation systems. Some of these products garnered millions of users.
