Just to make sure...

Do you press Add Existing Button after selecting an existing enterprise?

I ve tried the same with player and team model in my howto app and at least I can tell you that it is working in that specific case.

Can you please tell me which ruby and rails version you are using?
Can you somehow provide me with an example app (eg temp repository in github)?

One problem left:

• in the Enterprise table when I click on the particular user (Users column) I got Request Failed, here is what firebug says

  NoMethodError in UsersController#index
  undefined method `merge' for :update:Symbol

forget about it, I just forgot to modify the routes.rb
