regarding https://livestream.peer5.com/video/kite/index.m3u8, there seems to be missing keyframe @ fragment boundary, and buffer holes. for the first, it will be problematic with Chrome. for the second, i will see how this could be handled.

i fixed it : dailymotion@4c5434e, but plz note that you won't have audio, as alternate audio track are not supported ATM

should I open a new one for buffer holes?
and what about undefined #EXTINF? (Flashls can play it)
