After a little testing, the last working build was 2b27592.

ok I am quite sure it should be related to the usage of Math.sign(), introduced by this commit
https://github.com/dailymotion/hls.js/blob/master/src/controller/buffer-controller.js#L516
Math.sign is ES6
I will replace it
from hls.js.

Hi
Tested current dist build (28531f9) video starts for video on demand and livestream.For livestreams it takes about 1 minute to load the first frame and then nothing happens.
Tested on:
Windows Phone 8.1 (Lumia 520)
Version 8.10.14219.341
Edit:
I must correct myself, it works for both live and video on demand
from hls.js.
