And I am sorry for wrong suggestion. I compared values offsetX/offsetY in Google Chrome and Firefox and they are different. Native offsetX/offsetY in Google Chrome calculate for 'target' element, not for "currentTarget".

But i think it's strange behavior.

I tryed research this question, and nothing not understand. W3C description http://www.w3.org/TR/cssom-view/#dom-mouseevent-offsetx

For me, I create function to add new properties(currentOffsetX/currentOffsetY) to event object, calculated as i want.

No problem, this month I'm very busy with some projects but I plan to release a new version in February, so I will detect browser and use currentTarget or target depending on the user-agent.
