We're waiting for seekable right now because failing to do so can cause seeks to fail on some devices (iOS, if I'm recalling correctly), which means that the viewer could get restarted after a midroll instead of resuming from where they left off. tech.seekable never ends up getting filled on Chrome 38? What type of content video have you been testing with?
