I'm having exactly the same problem. Getting a look I noticed it could be related to when to activate the OCR, but tweaking it in a few places didn't resolve it.

Can you show me the exact command and pdf you're using? are you removing the pages from the pdf, so there is only one, or using the --max_pages flag?

Hi! Using both, removing pages so I only had 1 page and also using --max_pages 1. I tried different pdfs. With two pages they worked fine. When I say failing is that the output is ok but worse than the output when I use two 2 or more pages. For example, with 1 page, the main title was not detected, but when I selected --max_pages = 2, that main title was found.
