简体中文也不用空格的，毕竟引号本身也是全角字幕，已经提供足够的空白。

首先弯引号和中式引号（「角引号」）并不占用同一个 Unicode 码位；参见维基百科的引号#電腦應用一节。其次，「弯引号是否和一个汉字等宽」并没有业界规范，而是各个字体设计者的决定；比如「苹方」的弯引号就显著比汉字窄。
