I think you are new to DPDK, Linux, and environment setup. I have shared already the hint: Please check your environment for heap size, Please fix your environment.

are there any updates from your end? Have you checked you heap and stack size for your environment?

based on the update you have shared in Suricata forum you have progressed https://forum.suricata.io/t/suricata-not-logging-incoming-packets/476/6. I assume you have forgotten to update the ticket here. Hence marking your ticket as invalid.
