On android date is returned as string "Invalid Date" when cancel button is pressed.

Yes but on IOS no callback is executed.

On Android it always returns a Date object, you have to use toString()
Any news about iOS?

On Android, the callback in JavaScript was not fired. Fixed it in pull request #43
