Added an extra version where autoReinitialise is set to true at: http://jscrollpane.kelvinluck.com/issues/12/before_reinit.html

Note that autoReinitialise should be set to true (or a listener for the body resize event should reinitialise the scrollpane) if you are using percentage based sizes.

However, even when reinitialising the element it appears there are some problems (the element gets too wide) so still investigating...

Also added an example where the jscrollpane is applied to an inner element but it appears to be suffering from the same problem:

Fixed in 93899ad

Initially thought that 93899ad fixed the issue but this only fixes the width calculation. The height is still incorrectly calculated in webkit browsers. Setting autoReinitialise to true avoids this problem showing up (as when the height can be calculated correctly it is), see:
