Can't find full code to library in repository

OK, I saw on the wiki that one is supposed to get the library code from other 
locations.  

Still, I think that it is a little more in the spirit of the GPL if the project 
hosts the source code for these libraries rather than relying on the source 
code being hosted by their own projects.  There is always the danger that one 
of the other projects will change its URL, and then point 6d of the GPL3 text 
will not be fulfilled.
