Are you using macOS or Linux?
What happens if you run /usr/local/bin/swiftformat in your terminal?
If you updated/changed your swift version you might need to recompile swiftformat

This has probably been related to wrong rpath configuration on Linux or the use of the command line toolchain instead of Xcode‘s on macOS
