First of all, if you use app with multiple accounts it's recommended to use v1.3.0+ since starting from that version app does automated login into the multiple accounts better than previous versions.
In along with converting protonmail-desktop-app => email-securely-app app bumped major v1 version which involves breaking changes. There is no automated protonmail-desktop-app => email-securely-app migration implemented sine it was not considered a major need for the current project state. It's not a big deal to add several accounts manually to a new app. Besides skipping a need to work on automated migration allowed me to focus on new features.
So to migrate you need to manually add your accounts to a new app. Also, take into account protonmail-desktop-app removing note described here.
