Distribute the compiler with all dll that are needed

Thanks for your interest in Volt.

A windows build is possible/planned, but everything is still in flux and development, so not being able to build it yourself is fairly limiting. A further issue, and I've discussed this with @Wallbraker, is that currently Volta doesn't do well on its own -- it really wants to be invoked by Battery.

I'm not a huge fan of this behaviour -- I like battery well enough, but I know it doesn't work for everyone or their workflow -- I'd like to set up a Standalone build, that will look in its installation folder for runtimes etc. Especially for Windows, but I like distributing such things for all supported platforms (Win64, Lin64, macOS). I'm not sure when I'll get the time to do such a thing, but when I do I will update this issue.
