We're aware of it but unfortunately they're not planning to fix it for the 2.x versions. I'm currently working on moving all this over to Bootstrap 3 and that version of the Flatly theme uses protocol-relative URL's for fonts.

Looking at the link again it seams that they switched to a protocol independent URL for the font, and testing on the puppetboard installation confirms, that the unsafe content warning is gone. So I'm closing the bug.
