Do you happen to also be storing the report locally (the YAML format) on the agent and the master? If not, could you enable it and run it again? I'm curious as to what shows up, what 'new' feature you're hitting.

You can set the time for unreported nodes in the puppetboard config UNRESPONSIVE_HOURS . By default every node without a report for 2 hours will be displayed as unreported.

I'm closing this. This is likely a bug with how Puppet deals with failure events in the catalog and since no further information was provided we can't debug this.
