Not yet. I've been extremely busy with work this past month so unfortunately Puppetboard hasn't gotten much of my attention. It should let up somewhere next week at which point I'll get around to fixing these issues.

@jeblair @anteaya: It's not the most pretty fix ever but it works and will give you the full UTC timestamp now instead of the localised version. I'm not sure what version of Puppetboard OpenStack runs but I'm sure @nibalizer can come up with a way to upgrade it.
Beware, I use British English so you need to set LOCALISE_TIMESTAMP = False, with an S, not a Z.
