A more efficient method would be loading currentProject as a computed getter. This way your property maintains reactivity since responses return raw data. Above all, retrieving schema from the store is a more reliable way of ensuring data exists and is used consistently throughout your application.

Bearing in mind currentProject may be null initially until the request has completed. So you may need to employ v-if in your template, or simply return query || {} in your getter.
