Sort by ID doesn't understand CVE ordering

Adding .collation({locale: "en_US", numericOrdering: true }) to the two aggregate() calls in

aggregate(aggQuery).exec();

fixes it, but not sure of the performance impact - seems like there is no way to limit it on the field being sorted. Indexes may have to be added with a collation spec.

This may be a "live with it/won't fix" as I didn't get any 2021 names of 4 digits anyway
