When I update my github issues (label for example) they are not updated in the respec, even if I reload the page

GitHub issues are cached on ReSpec's backend for 12 hours to improve performance and reduce expenses.
Let me know if shorter cache durations are required, or 12 hours are okay-ish.

We should maybe make that 6 hours? It think that's what Reffy does too.

Thanks to you both for answering on this. For me it is just really good to know that the issues are updated after certain amount of time.
Regarding the preferred caching timeI agree with @marcoscaceres that I would prefer 6 hours to 12 hours, because then even if you update the issue in the evening, the next morning the new content would be there.
