Yes, we do have some synchronized methods around those types of global cache classes, and the aim is for thread safety. Can you submit a pull request that adds the additional 'synchronized' keywords where appropriate?

The monotonic cache issue is known and not likely to be addressed soon. You can hack around it by either using a separate JVM instance to analyze each program or periodically restarting the JVM if/when the caches get too large. My guess is you'd have to analyze quite a large number of programs to have the size of the caches become an issue relative to the memory required by the analyses themselves.

I'll go ahead and close this issue for now.
