Oh I see the subshell wrapper isn't showing history in those codespace sessions. I'm assuming the SSH wrapper also fails in this way. I'll be sure to let the team know about this 🙏

I tried, but failed to reproduce this on a blank codespace, ssh session has history. Do you see the same on a blank codespace? Is there a specific codespace template you're using we can try reproduce this on?

Maybe removing your local history sqlite file will help?
sqlite3 "$HOME/Library/Application Support/dev.warp.Warp-Stable/warp.sqlite"
Thanks for trying that out!! I made a new code space and history is fine there. I was having a slew of issues because of code space instability

hey @zheng! You mentioned local subshells work, are you able to use the subshell workaround for those ssh connections? i.e. Add command ssh
to your Settings > Subshells > Added commands
menu, then run command ssh <user@server>
to connect to remote session.
