Seems like the archive format of the thing I'm trying to install, aws-runas, hasn't changed. It looks like both tgz and zip have been available for sometime, so maybe something recently changing in hubapp is breaking this.

Selecting the 2.3.2 version of aws-runas works but anything in the 3.x versions don't get extracted correctly, fyi.
This is the command I'm running
hubapp install mmmorris1975/aws-runas
from hubapp.
